We offer 4 artisan/office spaces for rent at roughly 30% below market rate. We also offer floating work space with locker storage and have plenty of space for classes, meetings and pop-up retail activities. Members have access 24/7 Fees for office spaces are listed below and monthly member fees for flex membership are $150.
Resident Members are offered exposure to each and every Farmers Market, the Sisters Art Walk (for artists) and can promote their presence at this beautiful downtown location. If you're interested, send us a note and tell us about yourself!

Space Options
Fir Street Suite- This private office/artisan space is roughly 14x16 feet (our largest), offers beautiful natural light through 4 large windows and features a view of Fir Street Park. There is no sink in this space. Power and wifi are included. The rate is $500 monthly.
The Spruce- This private office/artisan space is roughly 10x13 feet and is a cute somewhat triangular shape. It offers beautiful natural light through 2 large windows. There is no sink in this space. Power and wifi are included. The rate is $350 monthly.
The Metolius- This SEMI private office/artisan space is roughly 11x13 square feet, offers beautiful natural light through 4 large windows and features a sink. This is a semi private space due to necessary access to the electrical panel and wifi router. Power and wifi are included. The rate is $500 monthly.
The Little Fella- This private office/artisan space is roughly 7x9 feet (hence the name), and offers a single window into the main maker space. There is no sink in this space. Power and wifi are included. The rate is $250 monthly.
Floating workspace with a locker option is available. The space will be furnished with tables, chairs, shelving and lots of plants. The rate is $150 monthly.
